Our Refund Policy

 

1. General Terms

This refund policy ("Policy") applies to all courses offered by Curtis Jordan Coaching Academy ("Academy"), including in-person courses, online courses via Zoom, and on-demand prerecorded video courses. By enrolling in any course, students acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.

2. In-Person and Zoom Courses

  • Course fees are non-refundable as they secure your reservation for the entire duration of the course
  • Refunds will only be issued if course commencement is delayed beyond 21 days from the scheduled start date
  • In case of qualifying delays, a 100% refund will be processed upon written request
  • Course transfers to another individual are permitted with prior written notice to the Academy

3. On-Demand Pre-recorded Courses

  • All on-demand courses are strictly non-refundable
  • This no-refund policy is based on immediate access to all course materials upon purchase
  • Students may request account deactivation at any time, but no refund will be issued

4. Refund Request Process

For qualifying refund cases (delayed course start beyond 21 days), students must:

  • Submit a written refund request to the Academy
  • Include their full name, course details, and reason for the refund
  • Allow up to 10 business days for refund processing

5. Course Transfer Process

To transfer an in-person or Zoom course to another individual:

  • Submit a written transfer request to the Academy
  • Provide the new student's full name and contact information
  • Allow up to 3 business days for transfer processing

6. Amendments

The Academy reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website.
